Underground American rapper and metal singer, Ghostemane will land in Australia in May with shows scheduled in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
Known for fusing together hip hop, industrial, and metal, most recently on his 2018 album 'N / O / I / S / E', Ghostemane has racked up hundreds of millions of streams across songs such as 'Nihil', 'Mercury: Retrograde', 'Andromeda', '1000 Rounds (w/ Pouya)' and 'Flesh'.
A former member of the defunct Schemaposse collective (that also featured Lil Peep and Craig Xen), Ghostemane (Eric Whitney) grew up in Florida and was originally a guitar player for hardcore and doom metal bands.
With a degree in astrophysics, Ghostemane draws his influences from a vast array of content including psychedelics, Nine Inch Nails, Outkast, medieval magic, occultism, and Ancient Egyptian books. Cool.
Tickets for all shows go on sale at 11am EST, Thursday February 21. Click here for more information.
