George Zimmerman wants to challenge Kanye West to a boxing match.
Zimmerman became notorious around the world after he fatally shot Trayvon Martin, an unarmed 17-year-old, inside a gated community in Sanford, Florida in February 2012. Zimmerman argued he killed Martin in an act of self defence, and he was shockingly acquitted in 2013.
Now that he's a free man, Zimmerman has discovered there aren't a lot of jobs out there for men known for killing unarmed black teenagers, so he's turned to 'celebrity' boxing matches to extend his 15 minutes of fame.
His dream match-up? Kanye West, because he thinks the rapper attacks "defenceless people".
West has yet to respond to Zimmerman's challenge, but we're sure he won't have a problem with it.
One MC who will step in the ring with Zimmerman is The Game.
"I would not be boxing for me," The Game, who has a tattoo of Trayvon Martin on his leg, told TMZ when he signed up for the March 1 bout. "I'd be boxing for the legacy of Trayvon Martin and for his family. I would box to knock him out. I would definitely take pleasure in it. It's legal, and I want to show him you can solve your disputes without a weapon."
