Set for a busy October touring Europe, English Britpop artist Gaz Coombes has added headline shows to his Australian visit next month.
Headed down under as the main support on Robbie Williams' tour, the Supergrass frontman will perform his own gigs in Sydney, Melbourne and Fremantle."Australia, here we come! We've new headline shows. See you soon! GCx." These will be Coombes first Australian shows since he last visited in 2018.
The Mercury-nominated solo performer has released four albums since 2012, winning the Ivor Novello Award for 2015 record 'Matador' – his most recent being 'Turn The Car Around' released January 2023.
A seminal Britpop act from the '90s and early 2000s, Supergrass reformed in 2019 before going back on hiatus last year. Their discography includes such bangers as 'Alright', 'Moving', 'St Petersburg', and 'Pumping On Your Stereo'.
Tickets on sale from 11am (local time) on 11 October.
