Gangnam Style No Longer YouTube's Most Played Clip

Gangnam Style
Founder and Publisher. Based in Brisbane.
Howard started Scene Magazine in 1993. Paul Keating was Prime Minister. Whitney, Janet and Mariah all had Aussie #1s and Mark Zuckerberg was 9. He (Howard, not The Zuck) likes Star Trek and a good Oxford Comma – way too much fun at parties.

Psy's Gangnam Style is no longer the most-watched video on YouTube.

Psy's worldwide mega-hit was just four days short of its 5th birthday before being laid to rest as the digital universe's most-played song on YouTube by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth's 'See You Again'.

Both songs sit somewhere around the 2.89 billion-view mark – just shy of 6 billion between them. The world's population is 7 billion people. Don't go looking for other big numbers else you might come across Australia's national debt.

While 'See You Again' was released in 2015, Luis Fonsi's 'Descapito' (meaning 'slowly') is traversing anything-but up the rankings already standing at #4 since its release in January this year.
