With its inaugural Brisbane event (12 June) selling like hot cakes (80 per cent of the tickets have already being sold), Full Tilt Festival have bolted on a Melbourne leg (3 July).
An event to unite Australia's heavy scene (across the metal, punk and rock fields), metalcore legends and ARIA Award winners Northlane will headline the Brisbane and Melbourne concerts. The remainder of the Melbourne line-up mirrors the stacked Brisbane bill; think Hands Like Houses, In Hearts Wake, Frenzal Rhomb, Thy Art Is Murder, Luca Brasi, Slowly Slowly, Make Them Suffer and a host more. Told you it was stacked.
Along with market stalls, there will be a selection of vegetarian, vegan and meat food trucks plus kick-ass DJs spinning tunes in-between sets. Do not snooze on this line-up.
General public tickets to the Melbourne leg go on sale from 1 February at 9am EDT. More information about Brisbane tickets.
