Half a decade since they put down their instruments and laid to rest their skinny jeans, Australian pop-punk band Forever Ends Here return to the stage this winter.
A band who supported the likes of Simple Plan, 5 Seconds Of Summer, State Champs, Neck Deep, Short Stack and others during their original run – 2011 to 2018 – Forever Ends Here released one studio album (2016's 'Imagine This') alongside their debut EP, 2013's 'From Where I'd Rather Be'.Close to 2,000 days since their last live show as Forever Ends Here, original members Luke McChesney (vocals, guitar), Mav Burnett (bass) and Kane McChesney (drums) will headline concerts in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in July.
"The reunion has been in the works for quite some time now," Luke says. "We always thought we'd do some kind of one-off club show to celebrate 10 years of our second EP, but we got talking last year about all the things we miss about the band and all the possibilities if we reopened the door.
"We've done a lot of growing since the band split, not only as people but as song writers too and it seems a shame not to share that growth with the people who stuck by us."
Forever Ends Here will be joined by Perth alt-rock duo Those Who Dream and Melbourne emo-rock outfit Belle Haven.
Tickets on sale from 10am (local time) on 18 May.
