Two weeks after returning to the stage to commence their world tour, legendary stadium rockers Foo Fighters also return to Australia in 2023.
Their first national headline tour down under since 2018, the 15-time Grammy Award winners will headline concerts in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane from late November.Last week Foo Fighters released their 11th studio album, 'But Here We Are'; an album that 'is the sound of brothers finding refuge in the music that brought them together in the first place 28 years ago, a process that was as therapeutic as it was about a continuation of life'.
Set to play festivals Boston Calling, Sonic Temple, Rock am Ring, Rock im Park, Bonnaroo, Outside Lands, Riot Fest, and more on this current tour, Foo Fighters have described 'But Here We Are' as 'brutally honest and emotionally raw response to everything Foo Fighters endured over the last year'.
It was revealed last month that Devo and The Vandals drummer, Josh Freese, had joined Foo Fighters full-time after filling in on the tubs during the Taylor Hawkins tribute concerts held in London and Los Angeles in late 2022.
Tickets on sale from 15 June.
