A magnetic line-up will ignite a special beginning for brand-new festival, HAYDAYS, in Hobart.
The electrifying musical showcase features international headliners Foals, and SBTRKT, anchored by the evergreen Australian and worldwide electro-pop sensation PNAU. Also playing the inaugural event will be Aussie favourites and internationally renowned artists, like The Jungle Giants, Genesis Owusu, Cub Sport, Confidence Man, Erika de Casier (Germany) and breakthrough acts May-A, Ziggy Ramo, Medhanit, Miss Kaninna, Jade Zoe, Dameeela.
The line-up is finalised by some up-and-coming Tasmanian electronic artists – Cyber Switch, EMA, Juice Monsoon, エミエミ (emi emi), Baltimöre Charlót and Baz + Grom.
UK indie-rock, dance-punk legends Foals lead the charge for HAYDAYS, with a treasure trove of awards and nearly two decades of musical catalogue and worldwide domination. They’ve just come off the back of their album ‘Life Is Yours’.
UK export SBTRKT visionary Aaron Jerome joins the HAYDAYS hurrah. He has worked with the likes of Ezra Koenig, ASAP Ferg, Little Dragon, Sampha, Drake, and The Dream. . . redefining indie electronica.
Electro-pop sensation PNAU recently reached new heights with their globally acclaimed remix of ‘Cold Heart’, alongside Elton John and Dua Lipa.
HAYDAYS is set against the breathtaking backdrop of Mount Wellington in Cornelian Bay. It’s a non-camping, electronic music-focused festival set to immerse revellers in a world of summer festival bliss.
Tickets go on sale 19 September at 8am.
