Global superstar and cultural icon Paris Hilton will drop her album, ‘Infinite Icon’, this September – and today reveals the first taste.
Paris Hilton returns to music with the new single ‘I’m Free’, featuring British-Japanese pop sensation Rina Sawayama. It’s the first single from Paris’ upcoming album ‘Infinite Icon’, drawing inspiration from Ultra Naté’s influential track ‘Free’. ‘Free’ has had an enormous impact on Paris’ life.
The new single is produced by House Of Wolf and Naliya, with additional production from Jesse Shatkin and Alex Frankel.
“A song can change your life, and that’s what ‘Free’ by Ultra Naté did for me,” Paris Hilton says. “I heard it for the first time at a club in New York City shortly after being released from the Provo Canyon School where I experienced mental and physical abuse. For me, the song represents the journey of healing and finding your voice.”
“It has served as an anthem of hope and a guiding light, and I’m honoured to have had the chance to create this new version. I’m also so grateful to have Rina Sawayama’s mesmerising vocals and lyrics on the song. Together, Rina and I hope to inspire fans around the world to embrace their own strong voices and feel free to fully express themselves.”
Paris Hilton’s upcoming album ‘Infinite Icon’ is executive-produced by Sia. It’s a self-reflective journey through Paris’ life, exploring themes of fame, female empowerment, mental health, and motherhood. It’s a 12-track collection and marks Paris’ first album in nearly two decades. Musically, it’s got electronic arrangements, driving dance floor beats, summertime poolside gives, and emotional ballads wrapped in pop glamour.
Paris Hilton’s album ‘Infinite Icon’ is released 6 September. ‘I’m Free’ featuring Rina Sawayama is out now.
