Melanie C has today dropped 'Blame It On Me', her brand-new single.
The song comes after the success of her latest track 'Who I Am', which went top ten on iTunes across Europe, South America and the UK.
Melanie has been busy in lockdown, adding the final touches to a brand-new studio album. 'Blame It On Me', the album's euphoric second single, is another blast of unapologetic modern pop, calling out toxicity in a relationship over a life-long love of disco, electronic music, and the sometimes life-long journey it takes to stand up for yourself.
This year has seen Melanie C return to the pop solo stage on her own terms. Her new sound continues to evolve her as well as see her look back to her roots. It wasn't long before the coronavirus pandemic that she was down under for Big Gay Day in Brisbane – check out the review on our sister site FROOTY.
