Welsh alternative rockers Feeder will tour Australia in April, their first live dates down under in 14 years.
A band at their peak in the first half of the 2000s – delivering two monster albums in a row (2001's 'Echo Park' and 2002's 'Comfort In Sound) and winning Best British Band at the 2003 Kerrang! Awards – Feeder will headline concerts in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.A band adept at marrying the light and the dark lyrically, illuminating the shadowy corners of their world to uncover something poignant and uplifting, Feeder's back catalogue includes such rock anthems as 'Buck Rogers', 'Feeling A Moment', 'Just A Day', and 'Just The Way I'm Feeling'.
With over 20 million albums sold, Feeder have maintained a regular output of original material with 12 studio albums to their name including last year's double album 'Black/Red', the final two instalments of a trilogy that began with its predecessor, 2022's 'Torpedo'.
Kerrang declared 'Black/Red': 'If you're looking for a band to keep it real in a world of fakes, you could do a lot worse than to put it all on Feeder.'
While Joyzine attended one of Feeder's recent gigs: 'I walked out with a renewed zest. They had totally surpassed my expectations for live music. A fantastic night!'
Tickets are on sale.
