With the release of his new solo EP 'Cheering Bombs From Deckchairs' in April, Mammal frontman Ezekiel Ox hits the road for a tour from the end of May.
Working again with Producer and collaborator Steven Smith of Terracotta Pigeons, 'Cheering Bombs From Deckchairs' is reminiscent of '90s era alternative rock, with touches of funk and a little bit of punk mixed in.
The first single to be lifted from the upcoming EP is the killer track ‘Megalomania', accompanied by the equally killer music video directed by long-time friend Dave Krebelj. The track itself sets the tone beautifully for the EP and wouldn’t sound out of place in a playlist alongside the likes of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
‘Cheering Bombs From Deckchairs’ is only the second EP release under Ox’s solo banner, but the 23rd studio release the singer has appeared on over a lasting career as one of the most captivating frontmen in rock n roll.
Ezekiel Ox's 'Cheering Bombs From Deckchairs' EP tour comes to most capital cities, including a show at the V8 Supercars in Darwin.
