Brisbane hip hop-soul crew Bankrupt Billionaires are set to launch their new video and single, 'I’m Here', from their long-awaited LP 'Nobody’s Business', later this week; but you can watch it now exclusively at scenestr.
'I’m Here' is the second single from the group’s sophomore release, which has been an epic four years in the making. “We chose 'I’m Here' as the second single and video from Nobody’s Business because it was the second track we finished,” lead singer Kel on Earth says, “and it continues to be a favourite of the band.
“It’s a sweet, chilled, sample-based tune with relatable lyrics and a backbeat you can dance to or just sit back and enjoy – like a lot of our new stuff … Every track on the album is pretty different, but we like them all and feel they all work together really cohesively,” Kel says.
'I’m Here' was shot in one day at various locations in LA including Venice Beach and Hollywood Boulevard during Bankrupt Billionaires’ mini USA tour in 2014, centred around their showcase at leading music industry conference, MUSEXPO.
'Nobody’s Business' is set for 1 October release.
