I’ve always been a fan of his work — he worked with Aaliyah and Missy Elliott in the late ‘90s on her second album, but he's also put his magical touch on a lot of great records! Jay Z, Justin Timberlake, and also did a bit of production for Bjork’s ‘Volta’!3. Dark Child
This American hip hop producer worked on a lot of my favourite R&B jams of the late ‘90s/ early ‘00s. He produced 'He Wasn't Man Enough' by Toni Braxton, 'Say My Name' by Destiny’s Child and 'What About Us?' by Brandy!4. Olof Dreijer
He’s the other half (brother of Karin) of Swedish alt-electronic act The Knife, and his solo stuff is incredible! He produces most of The Knife’s work too, but you should check out his solo project called Oni Ayhun, and the track titled 'OAR003-B'5. Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs
Loved his debut album, ‘Trouble’ — so well made and his fusion of tasteful pop (vocals) with slick house/ dance tracks works so well, it's very inspiring to listen to when writing my own music.
