Reinaldo De Jesus Henao stole 100 mobile phones from punters at Coachella. But he forgot one thing.
The 36-year-old New Yorker continued to hang around the festival completely unaware festivalgoers had activated the 'Find My iPhone' app and had him under surveillance.
Police said, "Officers later arrived and found more than 100 cellphones in Henao’s backpack. He was arrested on suspicion of grand theft and possession of stolen property." He was released after posting $10,000 bail.
Several phones were returned to victims, and others were left at lost and found.
