More and more, artists are stopping their shows to assist their fans or call out any wrongdoing in the crowd.

Most recently, Drake stopped his show in Sydney nightclub to call out a man who was groping female members of his audience, threatening that if he didn’t, the rapper would “come out there and f*** him up”...

Back in 2011, Lady Gaga told her band to stop playing in order to break up a fight between two concert-goers.

In 2013, P!nk stopped during an acoustic rendition of ‘Who Knew’ to check on a young fan who was crying due to a fight.

During Sydney’s 2013 Soundwave, the late Chester Bennington of Linkin Park stopped mid-song to help a fan who had been knocked out.

Not all of them are for bad reasons however, Metallica famously paused their concert so a fan-turned-friend could propose.
