Dr Feelgood Australia 2018 Tour

Dr Feelgood will tour Australia for the first time in 30 years May 2018.
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

It's been a generation or two since English pub rockers Dr Feelgood have ventured down under, but the band who've been touring the world since 1971 will return to Australia in May.

The band have produced some of rock's most classic tunes including 'Roxette', 'Back In The Night', 'Milk And Alcohol', 'Down At The Doctors', 'She Does It Right', 'Going Back Home' and 'See You Later Alligator'.

Some 30 years since their last visit, the current Dr Feelgood line-up features rhythm section Kevin Morris on drums and Phil Mitchell on bass (both 33 years), Steve Walwyn on guitar (26 years) and Robert Kane (formerly of The Animals) the most recent addition, joining in 1999.

Julien Temple’s film 'Oil City Confidential', originally released in 2010, tells the story of the band’s formative years featuring the Wilko Johnson era.
