The event will be presented by Live Nation Australia & New Zealand, Secret Sounds and UNIFIED Music Group.
It'll take over Flemington Racecourse Saturday 24 March, with four stages, food fare, specialty bars, markets, art installs and much, much more promised by event organisers.
With a flurry of big-band rumours circlating - you know, System Of A Down, Korn and Limp Bizkit - standby for a line-up announcement on 9 November.
