Update - 1 April, 2020: Fisher has rescheduled his debut Australian tour, with the new dates now landing in late November and early December.

Australian music producer, DJ Fisher has been forced to postpone his upcoming Australian tour due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Beachside events planned late March and early April in Melbourne, Fremantle and Wollongong as well as Brisbane's The Riverstage will not go ahead.

Fisher was set to be joined by a host of his musical mates including Booka Shade, Maya Jane Coles and PNAU.

A press release from event management company Kicks Entertainment reads:

'With the recent announcements by the Australian Government, Fisher’s Australian Beach Party Tour has been rescheduled.

'We ask that fans retain their tickets as they will be honoured on the new dates, which we’ll be announcing very soon.

'Our top priority is the well-being and health of fans, artists, staff and the Australian community. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to bringing you Fisher’s Beach Parties soon!'
