Oiiii, that's bonkers! The OG rapper of UK garage-grime, Dizzee Rascal returns to Australia in 2025.
The Mercury Prize winner, who recently toured the UK celebrating the 15th anniversary of his 2009 album 'Tongue 'N Cheek', will headline concerts in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane next February as part of his We Want Bass tour. "You lot have been asking for a while. . . Australia. I'm finally coming back 😎."An artist who has previously collected awards at Brit Awards, Ivor Novello Awards and MOBO Awards, Dizzee Rascal has carved out a highly successful career since his debut album 'Boy In Da Corner' was released in 2003.
His hits include the iconic 'Fix Up, Look Sharp' (from 'Boy In Da Corner') as well as 'Bonkers' and 'Dance Wit Me' (from 'Tongue 'N Cheek') as well as the likes of 'Bassline Junkie', 'Holiday', 'Don't Gas Me' and 'I Luv U'.
With eight studio albums to his name, including 2024's 'Don't Take It Personal', Dizzee has collaborated with a who's who of the industry including Florence + The Machine, Arctic Monkeys, Basement Jaxx, Robbie Williams, Calvin Harris and Ty Dolla Sign'.
