A new EP, two new singles, and two Sydney Fringe shows packed with original material: An eye should be kept on Dion Condack and Dobby.
Dion Condack’s new single, 'Falling Down' (featuring Dobby) searches for light in the dark of the unknown. With negative downward spirals all the more prevalent as humans adapt to technology development and integration, Dobby’s artistry oozes strength, championing self-belief and perseverance.
Following the anticipated release of his debut EP at Queensland’s BIGSOUND festival, Dobby is living his words.
“No one can hold me back, not fallin’ off of the track. I started out feeling lost but I’m confident ima act. This is it, I can feel it in my guts. It may be my last chance, somethin’ I gotta snatch. Not turning back, I define the achievement in me. I always knew that it would never be easy for me. Wearing Nike, I’m not falling, I’m diving, ‘cause I’m tryin’ to live immediately.”
Meeting at the University of NSW during studies, Dion and Dobby share a passion for educating, self-expression and the bringing of people together; an experience is most memorable when it is shared.
Encouraging community to gather in celebration and support of live, original music, they will showcase at the Sydney Fringe Festival. A picnic hamper in hand, a thought for waste minimisation (a Waste Wise event) and good company in tow, experience these two emerging voices in the unique setting of Sydenham Green, Sydenham.
