Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams are being sued for gobs of cash.
The pair is in court courtesy of an action brought bythe estate of Marvin Gaye for copyright infringement. It's claimed that Gaye's 1977 hit 'Got To Give It Up' has been copied, and as a result, has lost market value. The story is making news today because of the release of the estimated profits of 'Blurred Lines' — AUD $21 million — but the action was brought over a year ago, with Marvin Gaye's family alleging Thicke borrowed an unhealthy amount of 'After The Dance' for 'Love After War'.
