Australia, punk-rock royalty is headed down under in 2023 with the arrival of Californians Descendents.
The punk OGs will bring their declared war on mediocrity to Oz playing all their classics – from their landmark 1982 LP 'Milo Goes To College' through to 2021's '9th & Walnut' (the original album sessions took place in 2002 with drummer Bill Stevenson and former members guitarist the late Frank Navetta and bassist Tony Lombardo, with all songs written between 1977-81).Featuring the line-up who've been together since 1986 – Stevenson plus Milo Aukerman (vocals), Stephen Egerton (guitar), and Karl Alvarez (bass) – Descendents will headline gigs in Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne and Torquay.
The band were also revealed last week on the 2023 Yours & Owls line-up.
