American comedian, screenwriter, television and film producer, and actor Dave Chappelle brings his stand-up comedy show to Australia in 2023.
Always topical and recently polarising, Chappelle remains a force of modern comedy being one of the most recognisable names in the game.The 2019 recipient of the prestigious Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, Chappelle will headline shows in Perth, Sydney, Wollongong, Melbourne and Brisbane in February.
Chappelle has also won five Emmy awards (three for his Netflix comedy specials, two for hosting 'Saturday Night Live'), while between 2018-2020 he won the Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album. Dave recently hosted SNL for a third time.
The tour will also see all patrons surrender their smartphones/ watches, cameras or recording devices upon arrival, which will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be unlocked at the end of the show.
