The Hunter Valley's shadiest outdoor music venue, Dashville will host a three-day concert series dubbed A Fresh Start (31 December - 2 January), which will feature a host of musical talent as well as a slew of planned activities.
William Crighton & The Bellbird Rats, Little Quirks and Wagons highlight the music component of A Fresh Start, which will also host the likes of The Blackwater Fever, Magpie Diaries, Bones and Jones, and Hat Fitz & Cara – each evening will feature four bands performing live.For those looking for a complete escape from 2020, A Fresh Start will also offer a stack of leisurely, relaxation options.
How does decadent breakfasts, morning yoga and relaxation rituals, creative up-skilling workshops, plenty of arts and crafts, volleyball or skateboarding, even hammock time sound? Delightful isn't it!
You can bring your own plunge pool and the Dashville crew will fill it up (for a small fee). Or dabble in some nearby river swimming (floaties not included). There'll also be the Splashville Waterpark – a rather installation you'll need to see to fully appreciate.
Expand your horizons to enjoy lush bush walking in the National Park. Or if you prefer looking after your palate, pop over the road for some Wine Country touring, a sneaky country pub lunch – perhaps with a sneaky midday busker or two.
Then as the sun begins to bend beyond the Dashville ironbarks, the stage will light up with a musical treasure trove.
With all tickets (single day or three-day bundle) including the option to camp onsite, patrons will be free to come and go during the days.
