Danny Brown

American hip hop veteran Danny Brown will tour Australia this winter.

The Detroit legend, behind such hits 'Grown Up' and 'Really Doe', has added to his sold-out Dark Mofo appearance, with headline concerts in Brisbane (Open Season), Melbourne and Sydney this June. "Can't wait to get back to my Aus fam!"

2026 has been busy for Brown, who has released collabs with Wesley Joseph ('Peace Of Mind'), Hamdi & Fred again.. ('OK OK') and girl_irl ('Magic').

These releases follow Brown's most recent studio album, 2025's 'Stardust'. It's a glitch-driven, genre-warping project showcasing Danny's vision to fuse experimental hip hop, punk-tinged beat chaos and razor-sharp lyricism into a surreal, psychedelic realm.

On his podcast, The Danny Brown Show, Brown described the sound of 'Stardust' as "the most different music I ever did" and said the sound would "shock" people.

"This album, I will say, it's the most different sh.t I ever did," he stated. "It's the first album I made since being sober.

"So I think already it's my favourite album, just because of that – because I didn't know how to do it no more. I was so busy always getting f...ed up in the studio, just making lightning-in-a-bottle type sh.t happen."

'Stardust' features guest appearances and production contributions from a younger generation of artists, including Quadeca, Jane Remover, Underscores, Frost Children, and Femtanyl.

Set to deliver unfiltered chaos alongside his razor-sharp wit, fans can expect a full-throttle live experience.

Tickets to Melbourne and Sydney concerts on sale from 12pm (local time) on 21 April. Brisbane tickets already on sale.
