Four-time ARIA Award winner, Dan Sultan has previewed his forthcoming new album with newest single, 'Ringing In My Ears'.
A bright alt-pop melody is married to a rollicking rhythm to create a vibrant song reminiscent of Coldplay at times."'Ringing In My Ears' is a power-song that began while driving through the hinterland of Northern NSW while listening to Father John Misty's album 'Fear Fun'," shares Dan, who co-produced the track with friend and collaborator, Eskimo Joe's Joel Quartermain.
"It's about being in a beautiful place in life and enjoying the moments as they come and inevitably pass. It's a lot of fun to play live and I love seeing the response from the audience. It's really exciting."
'Ringing In My Ears' is the latest single Sultan has shared from his upcoming self-titled record (due in August), following 'Wait In Love', 'Won't Give You That' and 'Story'.
Dan will bring these new songs as well as his hits to the stage when he tours east-coast Australia (Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne) September-October with WILSN as the support act.
