Cut Copy & Tame Impala: Limited Edition Vinyl Release

Cut Copy
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

In celebration of Record Store Day 2013, which takes over bricks and mortar music retailers, Modular Recordings will be issuing limited edition vinyl releases by Cut Copy and Tame Impala in participating Record Store Day outlets on Saturday April 20th.

To keep the tides at bay while they work on their follow up to 2011's Zonoscope, Cut Copy are releasing their debut LP, Bright Like Neon Love on vinyl for the very first time, with redesigned artwork by frontman Dan Whitford.

The warm coastal sounds of Perth-based band Tame Impala will come alive on the Tame Impala EP 12th, which features an expanded version of the outfit's debut 10th release of 2008, this time on red vinyl.

It also includes download codes and two tracks, Forty One Mosquitoes Flying In Formation and Wander which are available for the first time on vinyl. Both runs are extremely limited.

Support your local independent retailers and find your participating Record Store Day outlet.
