Confidence Man have dropped their second single, Better Sit Down, Boy' and announced some new Australian dates.
With a new tour, new song, new video (and new album slated for early next year), things are looking hot for the illusive Brisbane foursome who relocated to Melbourne earlier this year.
Their much-talked about live show has seen them run amok with festival dates in Australia and club dates in the UK in 2017.
They are undoubtedly one of Australia’s biggest breakout – and polarising – acts. The scenestr office is definitely split with a majority love decision with their infectious and unashamedly confident pop act which draws substantial doses of venom and love in comments lists whenever their name is mentioned.
After emerging just 12 short months ago they nabbed the coveted triple j unearthed spot on the Laneway Festival Brisbane bill after scoring a triple j unearthed Feature Artist as well as a tip on their 2017 'Ones to Watch' list.
They styled themselves on Unearthed as 'four bastard children bring you their street smart music skills, derived from a life spent grafting and crafting'. Probably just to annoy people. What would have annoyed people even more is they won The Boot at Golden Plains, but we digress.
Confidence Man have announced three more Australian dates promising "more to come" before they nick back to the UK in December and then back again for Falls.
