In another blow for Australian festivals, the 2014 Come Together Festival has been cancelled.
The event, slated for June 7th event was to be headlined by Sydney rapper Kerser — and feature an all hip hop line-up.
In 2013, the Melbourne leg of the all-hip hop Sprung Festival was cancelled due to venue logistics.
Come Together's promoter issued a statement on the festival's Facebook page:
We regret to announce that due to ticket sales not reaching their targets we have decided to cancel this years Come Together on June 7 .
The event remains as one of Sydney's only all ages concert experiences and for the last 10 years has provided many developing acts the opportunity to play the big stage and help build their fan base.
Come Together will return in 2015 bigger and better!
