In a coup for Brisbane Festival, Canadian singer-songwriter City And Colour will close-out Brisbane Festival's 2019 programme with an exclusive performance (28 September) that coincides with the iconic Riverfire celebrations.
The moniker of Dallas Green (Alexisonfire), City And Colour have released two new songs in the past month ('Astronaut' and 'Strangers') – the first batch of fresh material from Dallas in four years.
In his only Australian performance, Green will play both crowd favourites from his back catalogue alongside new tunes from his forthcoming sixth studio album.
Joined by Australian act The Jezabels and rising star Asha Jefferies, with more special guests to be announced, the event rounds out The Riverstage's 30th birthday celebrations.
