The artist, now formerly known as Chet Faker, has announced that his next album will be released under his real name, Nick Murphy.
Nick tweeted earlier today, announcing the change. The ARIA-award winner thanked his fans, describing the name swap as an evolution of his musical project. Nick was quick to clarify that Chet Faker will always be a part of his work.

The last track we heard from Nick was back in January when he released 'In-Between', a song about his time being stranded in New York during the blizzard.
