For the first time in a decade, acclaimed Irish singing group Celtic Thunder return to Australia in 2026.
Renowned for a catalogue of songs that includes 'A Place In The Choir', 'Seven Drunken Nights', 'The Sound Of Silence', 'Ireland's Call' and 'Galway Girl', this tour will see Celtic Thunder perform concerts in Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Newcastle, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth next March.
The quartet of Emmet, Damian, Neil and Ronan will perform a collection of their biggest hits as well as presenting their new production, An Intimate Evening with Celtic Thunder, that will see them reunite with past members for an unforgettable evening of music, memories, and camaraderie.
"We wanted to create something truly special for our fans, something that feels personal and celebratory," Damian McGinty, long-time Celtic Thunder Principal, says.
"This show is about reconnecting with the music, with each other, and with the people who have supported us throughout the years. It's a chance to relive the magic of Celtic Thunder more intimately, and we couldn't be more excited to share this experience with our audience."
From classic Irish folk songs to contemporary favourites, audiences can expect to hear the anthems that have defined Celtic Thunder’s illustrious career in what promises to be an unforgettable evening of powerful harmonies, soaring ballads, and electrifying performances.
Tickets on sale from 10am AEDT on 3 December.
