Feelings (aka Simon Berckelman, aka Berkfinger, of Philadelphia Grand Jury legend) will launch his new single 'One In A Million' across the east coast next week with Dan W Sweat (Art Vs Science) and David Rennick (Dappled Cities) in tow.
Available via iTunes now, 'One In A Million' takes inspiration from Here Come The Warm Jets era Brian Eno (well, Berkfinger has been living in Berlin for a while now). Premiered today by the clip is directed by Erin McBean and comes straight from Berkfinger's stream of consciousness, following a dream he had a week before the shoot. It's a take on the classic disaster film, claiming to draw equal inspiration from Lars Von Trier's Melancholia and Fishing With John.
Building on his past as a 'pop star' in Philadelphia Grand Jury and roping in friends from his work as an indie producer, Feelings is currently putting the finishing touches on his new album. In the meantime, you can catch him next week at the following venues with special guest Tom Lark (NZ).
