Set for three massive days of sun, surf and soul with 65-plus bands on the bill, family-friendly event Caloundra Music Festival have defied the COVID obstacles to present an exceptional line-up of Australian talent (not to mention a host of SE QLD acts sure to become fan favourites).
The beachside festival will make waves from 1-3 October with the music acts headlined by a combo of current stars and contemporary heroes plus a vibrant splash of vintage with some classic names.Baker Boy, Ball Park Music, Jaguar Jonze, San Cisco, Thelma Plum and WAAX offer plenty for a younger demographic (as well as the young at heart).
While Ben Lee, Gyroscope, Katchafire, Sneaky Sound System, Spiderbait, The Stones Sticky Fingers (starring Adalita, Phil Jamieson, Tim Rogers), The Superjesus and The Whitlams will lead the crowd sing-alongs.
"Caloundra will once again come alive to the sounds of a diverse line-up of entertainment featuring the best of the Australian music industry – trust us we've been working on a pretty epic line-up," event organisers stated.
"This year we're embracing the opportunity to change things up a little and we're working hard to ensure we comply with all requirements to run a COVID safe event for our community.
"Capacity is limited this year so we recommend securing your tickets as soon as you can."
Those music lovers on the hunt for new talent, Caloundra Music Festival 2021 is brimming with a host of next-gen bands and artists destined for bigger things.
