Calling Sunshine Coast Bands & Musicians: Film A Live Set For 2020 Turn Up Music Conference

As the uncertainty surrounding 2020 continues, Sunshine Coast music industry conference Turn Up have pivoted from an in-person event to a series of online events and sessions.

With details about the 2020 event to be announced – stay tuned – organisers have put a call-out for Sunshine Coast original bands and musicians interested in filming a live set at Solbar to be broadcast digitally.

Original solo artists, duos, trios and bands can apply to have a 20-minute set filmed. Successful acts, who will receive an appearance fee, must be available to film all day on Saturday 5 September.

Four acts/ bands, including one Aboriginal and/ or Torres Strait Islander act will be chosen by a merit-based system highlighting their readiness to benefit from the opportunity.
