Australian blues, roots and country-rock artist, C.W. Stoneking is reuniting with the Primitive Horn Orchestra for the first time in a decade-plus for a run of live shows this winter.
The two-time ARIA Award winner first collaborated with the Primitive Horn Orchestra on his 2009 album 'Jungle Blues' – the band of Stephen Grant, James Clark, and Grant Arthur joining C.W. for extensive touring both internationally and at home during that time. This upcoming tour will see C.W. Stoneking and His Primitive Horn Orchestra headline shows in Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Castlemaine, Ballarat, Melbourne, Torquay, Adelaide, Hunter Valley and Sydney as well as a couple of small-town stops in Victoria: Crossley and Healesville.
Stoneking's most recent album release was 2014's 'Gon Boogaloo' (which won ARIA Award, AIR Award and Music Vic Award).
After two years of not being able to tour, C.W. Stoneking & His Primitive Horn Orchestra 'are thrilled to take their show on the road to play a set of much loved tunes, plus perhaps a few surprises'.
Tickets on sale from 9am (EST) on 7 June.
