Beachside festival By The C returns to Perth in 2023, with Aussie icons ICEHOUSE to headline.
In a career spanning 40 years, ICEHOUSE have cemented their legendary status on home soil with 'Great Southern Land' an unofficial anthems for thousands of Aussies. Fronted by Iva Davies, their back catalogue also features such classics as 'Electric Blue', 'Crazy', 'Hey, Little Girl' and 'No Promises'.Joining ICEHOUSE are two legends of Western Australia music, with 'Plans', 'Lanterns' and 'Good Lord' rockers Birds Of Tokyo and 'Black Fingernails, Red Wine' and 'From The Sea' indie lords Eskimo Joe joining the party.
Dancefloor slayers Sneaky Sound System ('UFO') and '80s post-punk, new wave band Models ('Barbados', 'Out Of Mind Out Of Sight') round out the 2023 line-up.
"Hello Perth! We invite you to come enjoy an exciting day of music with ICEHOUSE as they headline the By The C show at Whitfords Nodes Park on April 29th," shares the band.
"Fellow people of Perth, we're stoked to announce another home town show," Birds Of Tokyo says. "If you've never caught living legends ICEHOUSE in the flesh before, as we did last year on tour, then now's your chance ?."
