One of the highlights of the festival calendar, and an event 15,000 music revellers attend annually, Broken Hill Mundi Mundi Bash is back in 2026.

The country-rock-roots magic of The Teskey Brothers will headline next year, the 'Forever You And Me', 'Pain And Misery' and 'So Caught Up' hitmakers eager to head bush. "We've heard a lot about these desert shows from our friends and we can't wait to get out there in the red dust and see what it's all about. Very excited for these shows."

Jon Stevens will bring his trademark powerhouse performance to the Mundi Mundi Bash with hits including 'Touch' and 'Take Me Back' destined to echo across the plains. Earlier this month,

Jon released his new solo album 'Shimmer', which he describes as a creative rebirth: honest, expansive, and grounded in emotional truth exploring themes of love, loss, and redemption.

Another iconic Australian songwriter, John Butler will also head to the bush; he recently released his solo studio album 'Prism' that includes highlight track 'King Of California' that delves directly into the heart of Butler's 25-year partnership with his muse and collaborator Mama Kin.

"My partner and I have been on a pretty big ride together, constantly evolving and working out what it means to be life partners," Butler reflects. "With every new phase of living comes a new season of self-reflection and reassessment. We're here to ground and uplift each other, never to minimise or restrict."

Pop-soul-R&B queen Jessica Mauboy, who was recently inducted into the National Indigenous Music Awards' Hall Of Fame, will also venture to Mundi Mundi Bash in 2026.

"The desert's calling, and I'm answering loud and proud! I'm so thrilled to be performing at both the Big Red Bash and the Mundi Mundi Bash in 2026!!! I can't wait to sing under those huge desert skies and celebrate with an amazing all-Aussie line-up 🙌🏾!"

The line-up goodness doesn't end there either, with Boy & Bear, Baby Animals, The Whitlams, Leo Sayer, Tim Finn, Richard Clapton, Troy Cassar-Daley, Chocolate Starfish Wendy Matthews, The Radiators, Shane Howard and Fanny Lumsden joining the party.

"We can't wait to hit the road to the red dirt plains for the amazing Mundi Mundi Bash 2026. Such a great line-up of music and what a special, special location," beams Boy & Bear.

Adds Troy Cassar-Daley: "I'm excited to announce that next year I'll be performing at both the Big Red Bash and the Mundi Mundi Bash in 2026! Two bucket list Outback experiences you have to experience.

"Can't wait to share the stage with an incredible all-Aussie line-up and play under those huge desert skies; the country out there is truly a feast for the eyes and ears!"

Greg Donovan, Festival Founder and Managing Director of the Outback Music Festival Group who stage the Mundi Mundi Bash (and Big Red Bash) is honoured to host the biggest event in Outback Australia.

Broken Hill Mundi Mundi Bash takes place at Belmont Station (35km north of Broken Hill) 20-22 August, 2026.
