Just under a year since they released their last album, 'Forgetting The Future', British India will return to life on the road with a 16-date national tour throughout May and June.
The 'Midnight Homie' tour will kick off in Bendigo 11 May and continue through regional and metropolitan cities in Victoria, New South Wales, West Australia and Queensland, before finishing up at The Gov in Adelaide 6 July.
"I was really stoked with our record ['Forgetting The Future'], working with Oscar [Dawson from Holy Holy on production] and [how] it all came together really well," frontman Declan Melia told scenestr in a February 2018 interview.
"As for what we do next, it's been a long break for us not having been writing," he says.
"We haven't really been writing as a group since we made the record, which was probably this time last year."
Armed with the precision rock stylings of the new record, plus a bulging back catalogue of Australian live favourites – think Hottest 100 dominating tracks like 'Vanilla', 'I Can Make You Love Me' and 'Suddenly' – be sure to catch the Melbourne indie rockers doing what they do best on a stage near you this May and June.
Tickets to the national tour are on sale now. Click here for more information.
