Brisbane's Eagle Street Pier To Present Live Music Every Friday

Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

It has been announced that Eagle Street Pier and Brisbane’s City Sounds initiative have joined forces to put on live music in the plaza every Friday from 5-7pm, beginning on 20 October.

City Sounds offers a variety of local and touring acts, from a range of different genres, so regular visitors can expect to hear something different each week as they enjoy a drink and dine with the variety of options available.

The surrounding views include Brisbane River and Story Bridge, in addition to the recently added garden of culinary influence which contains lemon and mandarin trees as well as a number of other fragrant flowers and plants.

As the weather is heating up, the alfresco dining area in conjunction with the live music makes for a great way to spend a Friday afternoon and evening.

The live music series starts today (20 October).
