2020 is shaping up to be 'the year of the guitar' for Bluesfest with the next line-up of artists featuring the likes of Lenny Kravitz and Jimmie Vaughan.
Following their best first announcement ever, which included Dave Matthews Band, Crowded House and Patti Smith, Bluesfest double down to bring us a stellar 31st chapter.
From music to movies and even fashion, Lenny Kravitz is often called 'the last of the great rockstars', while Jimmie Vaughan (older brother to the late-great Stevie Ray Vaughan) has toured and played with iconic guitarists such as Eric Clapton and Buddy Guy.
Joining them in the second line-up announcement will be The Waterboys, Eagles Of Death Metal, Ani DiFranco, Amadou & Mariam, The Allman Betts Band (sons of Gregg Allman and Dickey Betts from The Allman Brothers band), Zucchero, Cory Henry & The Funk Apostles, Yola, Tal Wilkinfeld, Joachim Cooder and, all the way from the North Pole, Steve 'n' Seagulls.
The new additions quickly follow the first announcement that also included George Benson, John Butler, Xavier Rudd, John Mayall, Larkin Poe, Walter Trout, The Cat Empire, The Marcus King band, Jenny Lewis and The War & Treaty, just to name a few. Read the first artist announcement here.
