Attention all Gomez fans; although it's been more than a decade since the English band released a new album, the group's songwriting lynchpin – Ben Ottewell and Ian Ball – return down under for an extensive tour.
After they toured around Oz as a duo last year, Ben and Ian return with new songs plus they'll perform all the favourites from the Gomez years.The 15-date tour will travel from Northern Rivers to Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Perth, Fremantle, Adelaide, Hobart, Gippsland, Melbourne (x3 shows), Newcastle, Wollongong and Sydney plus a festival performance at Wanderer Festival (Sapphire Coast).
It's been 25 years since Gomez won a Mercury Award for their debut album 'Bring It On' (featuring the hits 'Whippin' Piccadilly', 'Tijuana Lady', 'Get Myself Arrested' and 'Get Miles').
The following year they backed up with sophomore album 'Liquid Skin' ('Revolutionary Kind', 'We Haven't Turned Around' and 'Rhythm And Blues Alibi'). Overall, Gomez have released seven studio albums and toured globally for years.
As a duo, Ben and Ian's joyful and harmonious performance brings together a bit of blues, indie pop and folk-rock for a music lovers feast.

LA artist BUDDY, the duo's longtime touring pal, joins the tour as main support act.
