It's quite the day for tour announcements, with UK indie rockers Bastille announcing their return to Australia in 2014.
The band were last here earlier this year, selling out the Metro Theatre in Sydney and Corner Hotel in Melbourne in less than 24 hours. The message from Aussie audiences was obvious — more Bastille, please — and that message has been received.
Their debut LP, 'Bad Blood', was the fastest selling debut of the year in the UK, and single 'Pompeii' is a 3x platinum hit in Australia. They've sold out tours across Europe, North America and even South Africa, making it fairly safe to declare Bastille one of the biggest breakout bands of 2013.
Tickets go on sale from 9am on Wednesday December 4.
