Break out your book of Don Johnson style tips — Bacchus will ring in 2013 with a NYE Miami Vice White Party, featuring DJ Sean Doyle (UK) of Hed Kandi fame.
Head Chef Americo Fernandes will plate an exquisite range of cold and hot canapes and decadent desserts on the evening to compliment a six hour premium beverage package that will include premium spirits, Louis Roederer NV Champagne, a selection of red and white wine and cocktails.
Bacchus will be one of only two Australian bars to join the exclusive Hed Kandi global network of NYE white parties hitting cities worldwide, from London and New York to party capitals Ibiza and Rio.
"We really wanted to make our first NYE party at Bacchus special," manager Daniel Healey said, "and I believe we have done that with DJ Sean Doyle from the Hed Kandi network headlining the event.
"As well as premier entertainment on the evening, the high standard of food and beverage that people have come to expect of Bacchus will be maintained for the event."
