Icelandic singer-songwriter and musician, Ásgeir returns to Australia in 2023.
The 'King And Cross', 'Going Home' and 'Youth' folktronica artist will headline concerts in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth in June.Ten years removed from his debut album, the lush 'Dýrð í dauðaþögn', Ásgeir released his fourth studio record 'Time On My Hands' last year.
Earlier this month he released a new single, 'Dan Nos Rêves' – a collaboration with French singer Clou that reworks 'Time On My Hands' track 'Borderland'.
"Clou came over to Iceland for a few days and we worked on this new version of 'Borderland' together," shares Ásgeir.
"While she was here we also decided to film a live session and got a few of our friends to come and play with us. I'm so glad to have gotten to know Clou and hopefully we'll work together again in the future."
Tickets on sale from 11am (local time) on 5 April.
