A genre-defying artist with famous fans like Justin Bieber, Shawn Mendes and Macklemore, American singer-rapper Anees tours Australia this spring.
Best known for the song 'Sun And Moon' as well as the tracks 'Leave Me', 'Slip' and 'Free Me', Anees will headline concerts in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney in November.An artist driven by making music for the soul themed around healing, spirituality, and freedom, Anees style ranges between hip hop, pop, rock, R&B and soul.
Last year Anees released his debut album 'Summer Camp' that has amassed more than 250 million streams; alongside 'Sun And Moon' and 'Slip', the record also features 'Sunny Day', 'Alien' and 'Home Again'.
With the promise of new music, single 'Kiss My Wounds' is out 28 August and signals the beginning of a fresh new musical chapter. "I got a lot of new songs. Dozens of new songs. I wanna test them out in the car. To see if y'all want them," Anees says.
"I don't like hiding these songs from y'all. I like it when you let me know what I should drop next based on your reactions. That's how I got to this point, that's what got me here in the first place."
Brisbane and Sydney tickets on sale from 10am (local time) on 23 August; Melbourne tickets are on sale.
