For the first time in over a decade, American pop artist Anastacia returns to Australia in 2025.
One of the biggest pop stars of the early 2000s, Anastacia became a global brand thanks to her breakout 2000 debut single 'I'm Outta Love' (#1 in Australia) followed by 'Not That Kind' (which she originally performed on MTV's 'The Cut' in 1998 attracting the interest of Elton John and Michael Jackson), the title track of her debut album. This record would propel Anastacia to super-stardom, with world tours, collaborations with the 'Chicago' soundtrack, singing the official song, 'Boom', at the 2002 FIFA World Cup and joining the likes of Celine Dion, Cher, Mary J. Blige and Stevie Nicks for the VH1 Divas Las Vegas 2002 concert.
Anastacia will headline concerts in Melbourne, Sydney (x2 shows) and Brisbane in September as part of her Not That Kind 25 world tour. "I am so excited to be coming to Australia," Anastacia says.
"This is such a fun tour, celebrating 25 years and I can't wait to share the show over there with you guys. It's a night of true nostalgia. Get ready to sing! Bring on the NTK25 Australia party."
Alongside the iconic 'I'm Outta Love' and 'Not That Kind', Anastacia's back catalogue also features 'Cowboys & Kisses', 'Why'd You Lie To Me' and 'Who's Gonna Stop The Rain' (from the 'Not That Kind' album) as well as 'Paid My Dues' and 'You'll Never Be Alone' (from sophomore album 'Freak Of Nature); 'Left Outside Alone' and 'Sick And Tired' (from the 'Anastacia' album); and 'Stupid Little Things' from her sixth studio album, 2014's 'Resurrection'.
With over 30 million records sold and countless accolades, Anastacia has not just been a solo artist; she's been a movement, a voice, and a musical sensation. Australia, this is your opportunity to spend an evening with her captivating, spine-tingling, soulful, big voice.
Tickets on sale from 1pm (local time) on 31 March.
