Australian alt-pop queen Amy Shark is going acoustic and regional this summer.
The eight-time ARIA Award winner will embark on her very first tour where she performs solo and entirely acoustically, sharing emotional and honest stories about every song. The 20-date Songs & Stories regional tour will travel to Kalgoorlie, Mandurah, Bunbury, Canberra, Hobart, Grafton, Newcastle, Wollongong, South Coast, Frankston, Gippsland, Bendigo, Ballarat, Shepparton, Albury, Geelong, Cairns, Gold Coast, Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast from mid-January to early March.
"Excited to announce, for the first time ever, my solo acoustic Songs & Stories REGIONAL tour! 20 shows. January – March 2025. I have always wanted to do this! See you around Aus this summer ☀️," shares the Graham Kennedy Award for Most Popular New Talent winner at 2023 Logies.
After supporting Coldplay at their Perth shows last year and making her debut as a judge on 'Australian Idol', this year Shark returned as an 'Idol' judge as well as releasing her third studio album, 'Sunday Sadness' becoming her third straight #1 ARIA album.
The 'Adore', 'I Said Hi' and 'Everybody Rise' singer-songwriter will be supported by fellow singer-songwriter Amélie Farren, the emerging Brisbane pop-folk artist who debuted as a 14 year old with 'Suffering' and 'Lack Of Iron' in 2022.
Farren has been super productive in 2024 with a string of singles led by 'Unsweetened Lemonade' (that has 26 million Spotify streams) alongside 'Heaven's Gate' and 'Carolina Reaper'.
Tickets on sale from 10am (local time) on 18 December.
