Canadian singer-songwriter Alexander Stewart will make his Australian live debut this winter.
One TikTok's most viewed music artists, the 'Blame's On Me', 'I Wish You Cheated' and 'Halo' pop hitmaker will headline concerts in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne in June."Australia here I come! First building a following uploading covers to YouTube in the mid '10s, Alexander's star really began to burn bright with his 2019 Shaggy collaboration 'You'.
After releasing three EPs between 2020-2023 (including the track 'House Of Cards' off the 2021 'Aftermath' EP and 2023's 'If You Only Knew' – the title track), last year Stewart released his debut album, 'Bleeding Heart'.
"This is a collection of my life the past three years and writing it has been the most exhilarating, terrifying, and therapeutic thing I've ever done," posted Alexander last year. "Through tears, pain, and revelation came my bleeding heart."
The record features the aforementioned 'Blame's On Me' and 'I Wish You Cheated' as well as 'Day I Die', 'Broken By You' and 'How Dare You'.
Tickets on sale from 10am (local time) on 7 March.
